Bookings are made through our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
Payment terms are specified at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required prior to your session. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
You may reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Cooking involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, cuts, burns, and allergic reactions. By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.
You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies before your session. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a safety risk to you or others.

We may photograph or film sessions for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before your session.
